How does your pricing work?
Osprey work in one of two ways, depending on your preference. We can provide ad-hoc support and billing, you call us, we fix it and we charge according to what is required. Alternatively, through an IT support package, you pay a set amount each month that includes all labour required to get you back up and running.
Do you offer any telecoms services?
Osprey work closely with several telecoms providers to get you the best VoIP services for your business. We can take all your details and requirements and work with these partners to get you up and running with a brand-new phone system.
Do you supply and install printers?
Osprey has a sole partner to call upon for all business printing services, from small desktop printers to large office photocopiers. Please ask for more details.
What type and size of businesses do you support?
We can cover all types of businesses, including retail, healthcare, real-estate, charity or not-for-profit, and manufacturing. We can cover businesses with over 100+ computers both onsite and remotely.
Do you provide CCTV or Alarm services?
Osprey have a long-standing relationship with a CCTV and alarm specialist, based in Cannock, Staffordshire. Osprey work with this partner to provide both CCTV surveillance and sophisticated alarm systems. This is to ensure complete cohesion between your CCTV and alarm, and your IT system. What hours do you provide support?
Our normal support hours are Monday-Friday 9am-5pm. Out of hours support is also available. We are closed on public holidays and over the Christmas/New Year period.
